9. Live lightly, event though we may be burdened with responsibility.
10. Maintain a love affair with life composing poetry with life without having to write any words.
11. Hug children, admire people old people, maintain pleasant conversations with friends.
12. Read a good book, travel through its pages, liberate creativity. Listen to good music, penetrate the details of a painting, of an architectural work of art. In sum, navigate through the waters of emotion.
14. How about you? Do you spend part of your time watching sunsets, the brightness of the stars or the marvels which guide existence, or are you too busy?
18. Vaccinate yourself against the paranoia of fame, look for success in all you do, but don’t get crazy for fame. If it comes, do not over play it. Remember that one of the sickly symptoms of our species is to place some up on stage and the majority in the audience to applaud.
Someone who is contemplative and of good humor lives better and longer. Being negative and bad tempered will not solve problems, but it may cut short your days…
To contemplate beauty is to write a romantic story with life. Have you written this romance?
