Gracias por tus maravillosas Cartas Lunares, espero seguirlas recibiendo.
Y estoy a la orden para lo que pueda servirte. Te mantengo en un alto
aprecio ya que fuiste un pilar bien importante en mi vida con tu
“rebótalo” .

Como participante a sus curso “Gerencia de sí Mismo”, ahora soy una
seguidora más de su don natural de abordar el fascinante mundo del saber
vivir.
En los puntos tratados en el Libro: “EL REBOTE TE LLEVA AL TOPE”, uno de los
capítulos que me parece clave para afrontar las experiencias del presente,
es aprender que en el fracaso o en los desaciertos, se obtienen mayores
oportunidades, que del mismo triunfo.
Como me agrada su forma tan peculiar de cambiarnos la vida.

We generally know “what” we want. “How” to achieve it, is a different story. At this time of the year we tend to review what has worked well for us and set our minds on doing better in the future. It’s only natural for us to want “more” in life, though this “more” varies greatly for each of us. Following are some examples of what we may want:
MORE love
MORE money
MORE prestige
MORE peace and harmony
BETTER transportation
BETTER relationships
A BETTER house
A BETTER job
What we want comes easily. How to get what we want is more elusive and requires more thought. Fortunately, we can cut any objective into smaller pieces to better determine how to achieve it.
For example, one thing many of us want is more money. “How” to earn more money tends to be fairly simple though not always easy. We simply need to “sell” more of what we offer to the world.
You may be thinking, “I don’t sell anything.” Though initially this may seem to be the case, we all sell something. We sell ourselves every day. We sell our capacity to be a good employee. We sell our ability to be a good friend. We sell the fact we are a good colleague. We sell our capability to be good parents. We are constantly selling. If we want more, we need only sell more!
Here is another example. Let us suppose, what we want is to have a better business relationship with each of our clients to increase our profitability with them. While there are many ways to achieve this, we can start with this question. What does our client really want? Some of the answers might be:
Better attention
Better payment terms
Technical expertise to optimize the use of our product
A product or service which better satisfies their specific needs
With these answers we can begin to create new strategies to provide them with better service, more favorable payment terms, technical support and products which better meet their specific needs. While it’s quite possible we cannot directly influence or provide each of these elements, this process leads us to focus on “how” to give them what they want so we in turn can get what we want.
“How” to achieve any objective depends on each individual and there isn’t a magic answer which works for everyone. One of the most wonderful things about life is that we are all different and there are indeed many means to achieve our objectives. When we clarify “what” we want, we can then determine “how” to achieve it and implement a plan daily to give direction to our destiny.

Generalmente sabemos “qué” queremos. Lo que no es tan evidente es “cómo” lograrlo. En esta época del año solemos revisar lo que nos ha funcionado bien y proponernos hacer mejor en el futuro. Es natural querer “más” aunque este “más” varía para todos. A continuación unos ejemplos de lo que podemos querer:
MÁS amor
MÁS dinero
MÁS prestigio
MÁS tranquilidad
Un MEJOR trabajo
MEJORES relaciones
Un MEJOR transporte
Lo “que” queremos viene fácilmente. El “cómo” lograrlo es más elusivo y requiere un poco más de reflexión. Aun así, siempre podemos desmantelar cualquier objetivo en pedacitos para acertar el cómo lograrlo.
Por ejemplo, muchos quisiéramos tener más dinero, la respuesta suele ser sencilla, mas no necesariamente fácil de lograr. Lo único que tenemos que hacer es “vender” más de lo que ofrecemos al mundo.
Puedes estar pensando, “Yo no vendo nada.” Aunque a primera vista podría parecer así, todos vendemos algo. Vendemos nuestra forma de ser todos los días. Vendemos nuestra capacidad de ser un buen empleado. Vendemos nuestra habilidad de ser un buen amigo. Vendemos el hecho de que somos un buen compañero. Vendemos nuestra facultad de ser buenos padres. En fin, estamos vendiendo todo el tiempo. Si queremos más, ¡sólo hay que “vender” más!
Veamos otro ejemplo. Supongamos que queremos tener una mejor relación comercial con nuestros clientes para aumentar la rentabilidad que tengamos con cada uno de ellos. Mientras que hay muchas maneras de lograr esto, podemos comenzar con la siguiente pregunta. ¿Qué es lo que realmente quiere nuestro cliente? Algunas respuestas podrían ser:
Mejor atención
Mejores condiciones de pago
Apoyo a nivel técnico para optimizar el uso del producto
Un producto o servicio que mejor satisfaga sus necesidades
Con estas respuestas podemos comenzar a elaborar nuevas estrategias para darles mejor atención, proveerles mejores condiciones de pago, suministrarles apoyo técnico y asegurar que nuestros productos sean los más adecuados para ellos. Mientras que es posible que no podemos directamente influir y/o proveer cada una de estos elementos, nos permite enfocar nuestra atención en “cómo” lograr lo que ellos más quieren y así lograr lo que nosotros más deseamos.
El “cómo” lograr cualquier objetivo depende de cada quien y no hay una respuesta mágica que funcionará para todos. Una de las cosas más bellas de la vida es que todos somos diferentes y hay muchos caminos para lograr nuestros objetivos. Cuando aclaramos lo “qué” queremos, podemos determinar “cómo” lograrlo e implementar un plan a diario para dar dirección a nuestro destino.

No son las Piedras en el Camino, sino lo que hacemos con ellas lo que hace una gran diferencia en nuestras vidas. Un impedimento para uno es una oportunidad para otro. Podemos ver las piedras como obstáculos y esquivarlas o como circunstancias y sobrepasarlas. Cuando usamos las piedras para construir, llegamos a ser grandes en todos los sentidos de la palabra.
Es común pensar que las dificultades que ofrecen la vida nos inhiben. Sin embargo, vemos que las personas que logran grandes cosas en la vida son las que han encontrado muchas Piedras en el Camino, y que han podido edificar sobre ellas en vez de doblarse por su peso.
Al contemplar nuestra propia vida, nos enorgullecemos más de aquellos momentos s en los que tuvimos que superar un desafío.
¿Cuáles son los cuentos de nuestros padres y abuelos?
¿Son circunstancias de comodidad o conveniencia?
¿O, de desafío y superación?
Una vida sin obstáculos es como la muerte… Cada ser vivo en el mundo tiene que superar sus circunstancias. Necesita más agua, más sol, más nutrientes o más sustentación. Siempre hace falta algo y es igual para todo ser viviente. De alguna manera, todos tenemos que movernos e idear una manera para poder seguir y vivir.
Piensa por un momento en todos los desafíos que se han presentado en tu vida. Unos leves, otros fuertes. Algunos resueltos, otros pendientes. A pesar de todo lo que ha ocurrido, te levantas cada día con un nuevo amanecer para seguir y enfrentar otro día. Los días, meses y años se deslizan por nuestros dedos y de alguna manera seguimos a pesar de las piedras que encontramos en el camino.
Existe solamente una de dos alternativas para cualquier reto que estamos enfrentando en este momento. Lo resolveremos de una manera satisfactoria o no. No existe otra alternativa. Si podemos utilizar nuestra mente maravillosa para solucionarlo a nuestro gusto, ¡Aleluya! Si no, tenemos que ajustarnos a lo que acontece.
Podemos ver a cada Piedra en nuestro Camino como una oportunidad para subir y seguir. Además, el panorama desde arriba generalmente es más maravilloso que desde abajo. Piedras en el Camino nos pueden estorbar o inspirar. Las caídas y golpes de la vida crean nuestro camino y nuestro carácter. Lograr lo que más anhelamos no siempre es fácil aunque no tiene del por qué ser difícil. Piedra por piedra, todos tenemos la posibilidad construir una escalera al cielo en vez de titubear por la tierra.

It’s not the rocks in the road, rather what we do with them which makes a tremendous difference in our lives. Obstacles impede some people while they empower others. We can see rocks in the road as barriers to avoid or as opportunities to grasp. When we use the stones in our path as building blocks rather than hindrances. We can ascend rather than descend.
It’s common to believe the difficulties of life inhibit our progress. Yet we see people who achieve great things in life are those who have encountered many rocks in the road and have been able to use them to build, rather than fall under their weight.
When we reflect on our own life, the moments of which we are proudest tend to be those when we encountered and overcame challenge.
What are the stories our parents and grandparents tell?
Are they tales of comfort and convenience?
Or, of trial and tribulation?
The only time we truly have no obstacles is after we are dead. Each living thing must overcome adversity. It could be the need for more water, more sun, more nutrients, or more food. Something is always necessary and it’s the same for every living being. In some way, shape or form we must all move and shake in order to rise and fly.
Think for a moment of all the obstacles you have faced in your life. Some surely have been relatively easy, others particularly difficult. Some have been resolved, others are unresolved. Regardless, we rise with the dawn of each day and to continue to fight in our own way. The days, months and years slip through our fingers and somehow we continue despite all the rocks we encounter in the road.
There are only two alternatives for any challenge we currently face; we will resolve it satisfactorily or not. There is no other option. If we can use our marvelous mind to work it out to our satisfaction, then hallelujah. If not, we need to somehow adjust to the circumstances and carry on.
When we begin to see rocks in the road as an opportunity to get up and go, we can rise and continue. rocks in the road can inhibit or inspire. Each time we trip and fall, we determine our direction and build our character. Facing challenge is a sign we are truly alive. To achieve what we desire is not always easy, though it surely need not be so complex. Stone by stone, we can construct a stairway to heaven rather than to grovel on the ground.

Hola Rob buen día si estoy de acuerdo con tu mensaje conozco muchas caretas
mas, que vamos colocándolas y sin darnos cuenta hasta se hacen cotidianas,
he aprendido algunas maneras de ir quitándolas, y enfrentar las situaciones
por la cual se han sostenido.
En ese crecimiento interior que podemos ir alimentando y superar muchas
barreras que nos impiden ser mucho más excelentes en nuestras vidas, me
encuentro y asi mejorar y brillar con mucha más potencia esa preciosa luz
con la que todos nacemos.
